Step 1- RAUDRA Inc. QA consultant team verify/audit the existing software development and the Quality Assurance processes including the infrastructure in place. Analyze the project/product documentation by along with the key stake holders, understanding the testing scope and identify the gaps and risks involved. Based on the outcome a detailed document is produced with a clear roadmap.

Step 2- QA consultant team work with the Test Team to identify the possible scenarios to work on to produce the Test Strategy leading to a Master Test Plan and project Test plans to roll out an implementation of a Quality testing process of the software. The Test team would recommend to set up all required environments and take on the responsibility for the Test Process Management.

Step 3- RAUDRA Inc. Test Engineers start with the testing process comprising of test planning, design execution and reporting Test execution scope may include different testing types but not limited to are... leading to a detail test reporting and continuous monitoring to improve and the implemented testing process.
